I really dig the design, so much I've actually been wondering how to further improve on it and really make it work!
I guess first of all it needs broader wheels to support its high point of gravity. That would probably have to be improved on anyway, by either adding some weight in the bottom or by lowering the house (problematic, I'm aware of this).
No high speeds with that one! I would just be thrown out of the curve if you'd intend to! But for the urban jungle of Asian towns, it might just work really nicely.

Not bad for starting from a single shape!

Reminds me a little of that three-wheeled car from the Mr. Bean show. Even though it looks nothing like it. :D
